DELIVERIES

Parcels are generally shipped the same day for any order placed before 4:30 pm or 1 working day after receipt of payment.
It is also possible to pick up the product in our store 2 hours after your order is validated.

Priority Shipping: We process your order as a priority and your parcel is shipped if you place your order before 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday.

All our parcels are with signature.
Delivery times are 24 to 72 hours on working days.
And we ship the same day for all orders placed before 4:30 pm.

RETURNS

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return costs are at your expense up to 30 days after receiving your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item of value over 50 euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once we have received, checked and validated, we will refund the full amount of your order.
