In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return costs are at your expense up to 30 days after receiving your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item of value over 50 euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once we have received, checked and validated, we will refund the full amount of your order.

Très mécontant de la qualité de ce sac à main Désigual. A peine 3 jours d'utilisation et déjà toutes les coutures de déco blanches se défonds, mais pourquoi ont-ils utilisés du fil coton ? Le moindre frottement avec un manteau et le fil se casse. Pourtant le prix est quand même assez élevé.
